Terms of Use

The rules for using NajmCheck.

Last updated: October 14, 2026

By using NajmCheck (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who operates the Service?

The Service is operated by Sergii Shulga (“we”, “us”). You can contact us at najmcheck@pm.me.

2. What the Service is

NajmCheck offers automated tools for people renting in Poland: a rental contract check, a listing check, a price check and guides. The tools use text recognition (OCR) and artificial intelligence. The Service is in early access: it can change, be interrupted or be discontinued at any time.

3. Not legal advice

The Service is informational only. Nothing it shows is legal, financial or tax advice, and it does not create a lawyer–client relationship. Before you sign a contract, or if you have a dispute, consult a qualified lawyer in Poland.

4. No guarantee of accuracy

Results are produced automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. In particular:

  • Text recognition can misread a scan or photo, and the AI can miss or misinterpret a clause.
  • The price check compares your rent with an approximate city-level benchmark. It is not a valuation of a specific flat.
  • The listing check points out possible warning signs. It does not prove that a listing is or is not a scam.
  • Always read the original contract yourself. A result that says a contract looks safe is not a guarantee that it is.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • upload documents you have no right to share, or unlawful content;
  • send automated or bulk requests, or try to get around rate limits;
  • attack, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the Service or its infrastructure.

We may block access if these rules are broken.

6. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make, or losses you suffer, based on the results. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Polish law, including liability for intentional harm, and it does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

7. Payments and refunds

The Service is currently free. The terms for paid reports, including prices and refunds, will be added here before payments are launched.

8. Privacy

How we handle your data is described in the Privacy & Data Use Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. When we make important changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
